TAKE 5

A Videography & Editing Package

$1350/5hrs

The Take 5 Basic Production Package is used frequently by PR firms and event producers.  The idea is to shoot (2hrs), edit (3hrs) and deliver a short (2min) video product all within five (5) hours total production time.  This is usually edited in the form of a Video News Release (VNR) and uploaded to a cloud with a sharable link. The link is then distributed to television news agencies (typically by the client).

The Take 5 Social Media Package is basically the same as the basic package only the end result is delivers 2-4 short videos tailored specifically for social media.  Videos usually range from 30 second to 2 minutes.

GEAR DEFINITIONS

* GEAR = A BASIC ENG PACKAGE DEFINED AS: 1 HD CAMERA, 1 CAMERA MOUNTED LIGHT, 1 TRIPOD, 2 WIRELESS LAV MICS AND/OR 2 WIRED LAV MICS, 1 STICK MIC, BASIC LIGHT KIT (PERFECT FOR 2 PERSON SIT DOWN INTERVIEW), AND MISC GRIP EQUIPMENT.

 

**GEAR = A BASIC ENG AUDIO PACKAGE DEFINED AS: 1 THREE CHANNEL MIXER, 2 WIRELESS LAVS AND/OR 2 WIRED LAVS, 1 STICK MIC, BOOM POLE WITH SHOTGUN MIC, WIRED UMBILICAL CORD TO CAMERA OR RECORDING SOURCE.

LABOR & TIME CARD POLICIES

 

10 HOUR WORK DAYS BEGIN AT THE START OF THE CALL TIME (UPON ARRIVAL TO THE SHOOT LOCATION).  A ONE(1) HOUR "MEAL" BREAK (OR THIRTY(30) MINUTE "MEAL" BREAK IF CATERED) MUST BE GIVEN TO THE CREW WITHIN THE FIRST FIVE(5) HOURS OF THE WORK DAY.  IF A "MEAL" BREAK IS NOT GIVEN WITHIN THE FIRST FIVE(5) HOURS OF THE WORK DAY A ONE(1) HOUR "MEAL PENALTY" WILL BE ADDED TO THE FINAL INVOICE IN THE FORM OF ONE(1) HOUR OF OVER TIME PER CREW MEMBER EFFECTED.

OVER TIME IS DEFINED AS LABOR TIME ACCRUED AFTER THE FIRST 10HRS OF THE WORK DAY.  OVER TIME IS CHARGED AS TIME AND A HALF.

DOUBLE TIME IS DEFINED AS LABOR TIME ACCRUED AFTER THE FIRST TWELVE(12) HOURS OF THE WORK DAY.  DOUBLE TIME IS CHARGED AS TIME X2.
