Our professional staff prides ourselves with being on time, ready to work in the most courteous and professional manner. If there's any special request you might have, please let us know. We'll do our best to accommodate your every need. We do, however, have a set of standards we work by which helps to make your experience with us as professional and pleasurable as possible. We ask all our clients to read, understand and agree to the following policies:

  • Works Days
    A standard workday, or “full-day” is defined as six to ten hours from the time the client is met (the “call time”) until the last location is completely wrapped and tapes are handed over to the client. This period shall include a one hour paid meal break, or 30 minutes if the event is catered. If no meal break is granted, a meal penalty equal to one full hour of overtime will be charged and added to the total hours for the day. A “half-day” is defined similarly as a work period up to five hours in duration, with the exception of a meal break. Minimum booking to hire a Photographic.TV service is for a half-day's worth of paid time. Overtime hours include all hours worked past the first 10 working hours, and will be billed at one and one-half times the hourly rate in accordance with industry standards. All hours worked past 12 hours will be billed at double times the hourly rate.

  • Payment & Charges
    All first time clients will be required to submit payment in full by company check or cash at the end of the project, unless other payment arrangements have been made in advance and outlined in the service contract. In the event of a cancellation or postponement of a project with less than 48 hours notice from the contracted call time, client shall be liable for 50% of the total contracted rate for all days involved. Accordingly, if less than 24 hours notice is given, client shall be liable for 100% of the total contracted charges. Late charges of 2% of the total contracted amount shall apply to all past due accounts over 30 days from receipt of invoice. Returned checks shall be subject to a $35.00 fee in addition to any applicable late charges.

  • Contracts
    All clients working with Photographic.TV shall agree that any and all content of recorded materials shall remain in joint property with Photographic.TV, Inc. Until such time as all invoices are paid in full. Most clients will be requested to sign a Deal Memo (contract), which details the services requested along with the associated costs for those services.

If you have a more intensive project, please keep the following facts in mind:
Every new project is different from the next.Every project has different needs & goals. Every project will take a different amount of time and skill to complete. Your project's unique needs will affect the final price.
